Refund Policy

Eligibility Window

A Pro subscription paid in the current billing period is refundable within 14 days of the most recent charge, provided you have not used Pro-only features (saving more than 5 traces, exporting a chargeback evidence bundle, or creating a team workspace). Free plan usage is not charged and therefore has no refund.

Digital Product Conditions

Because the auditor is a digital service delivered immediately on payment, refunds are issued only when: (a) the service was unavailable for more than 24 cumulative hours during the billing period, (b) a billing error charged you twice, or (c) a documented defect prevented core attribution from running. Exceeding the 14-day window outside these conditions makes the charge non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@agentcolony.org from the address on your account with: the charge date, the last 4 digits of the card or the Stripe receipt id, and a one-line reason. No form, no phone tree.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We send a confirmation email when the refund is initiated; bank posting time is set by your card issuer.

Exceptions

One-time evidence-bundle exports, annual plans past the 14-day window, and accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations are not refundable.

Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback before contacting us, we will treat it as the refund request and may suspend the account until it is resolved. Emailing us first is faster for everyone.
